You're a blooming photographer, I can tell! I think you'll do a wonderful job and I'm not the least bit worried about sharing my blog/editing tips w/ you! :)
Well, I do have Picasa, but I do MOST of my editing w/ Picnik (www.picnik.com).(I would love to get Photoshop, but you're SO right...it's TOO expensive!) I got the premium Picnik package b/c it offers a bit more and it's only $25/year, if I remember correctly. And you can EASILY make that $25 back in ONE photoshoot! :) I do organize my photos w/ Picasa, which is how I get them on my Picasa Web Albums. I just choose the ones I want to display and click on the "upload" button. Then I can link it from my blogs. I'm glad you've been enjoying my blog as of late. I haven't posted much lately, but I'm startin to play catch up! I have 2 wedding photoshoots to edit (and BOY that takes some time!) and 2 Sr. photoshoots. So, hopefully, they'll be up shortly. I've enjoyed your photos so far and look forward to seeing more...and if you lived in IA, I wouldn't count you as competition anyway...just a fellow photographer! I haven't OFFICIALLY become a business or anything, either. We're moving to Germany someday and I don't really need to make THAT kind of investement in photography. Really, I just do it b/c I love it! Hope that helps...and feel free, free, FREE to ask any other questions you'd like! I'll do my very best to help answer them! I'm def. not a techical photographer...more visual. I don't know ALL The details - but I'll def. do what I can!
